Office parties and picinics
There is a big difference in office parties a decade ago and today. Everyone would officially get invitations to the party. While I do not care for parties/ picnics and never attend them, one of my juniors was very eager to attend the picnic. But she then told me that one of her colleagues told her that since a lot of alchohol would be consumed , it would not be safe for her to attend. So she cancelled her plans.
